Overview of Family Ministries

Family Ministries focuses on people in relationship. The family ministries provides tools for couples, parents and children, single adults, and all members of the wider family circle as they pass through life’s predictable stages and confront unexpected changes in their lives. The department also seeks to strengthen, inspire hope, and bring healing to marriages, families, and individuals through the abundant love and saving grace of Jesus Christ. Prepare families in the Western Northern Ghanaian churches and wide for the Kingdom of God to help hasten the coming of Jesus Christ.

Western North Ghana Conference is a church administrative unit of the Seventh-day Adventist church in Ghana. The conference operates under Southern Ghana Union Conference of the West-Central Africa Division. Western North Ghana Conference was formerly part of South-West Ghana Conference and was organized in 2017. It consists of the following territories: bounded on the northeast by Ashanti, on the east by Denkyira and Wassa-Amenfi, on the south by Aowin, and on the west by Cote d’Ivoire. It shares a common boundary with Brong Ahafo in the north. The conference’s headquarters is in Sefwi Wiawso, Ghana.
